Position: Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, including guest rooms and public areas.
• Supervise, train, and schedule the Housekeeping team, ensuring efficiency, high productivity, and adherence to cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning chemicals effectively, ensuring cost control.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all rooms and public spaces meet the hotel’s meticulous quality standards.
• Handle guest requests and complaints related to cleanliness promptly and courteously.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or senior supervisory role in a reputable hotel.
• Strong organizational, time management, and staff supervision skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Proficiency in Housekeeping inventory management systems and standard operational procedures.
• Must be a passionate and talented individual ready to take their career to the next level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing a large team and interacting with guests.
