Position: Assistant Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, including guest rooms and public areas.
- Supervise, train, and schedule the Housekeeping team, ensuring efficiency, high productivity, and adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning chemicals effectively, ensuring cost control.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all rooms and public spaces meet the hotel’s meticulous quality standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to cleanliness promptly and courteously.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or senior supervisory role in a reputable hotel.
- Strong organizational, time management, and staff supervision skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Proficiency in Housekeeping inventory management systems and standard operational procedures.
- Must be a passionate and talented individual ready to take their career to the next level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing a large team and interacting with guests.
