Position: Commis – Li Lian
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie with all aspects of food preparation for the Li Lian kitchen.
- Learn and execute recipes with precision and consistency.
- Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the assigned station.
- Follow all food safety and HACCP guidelines.
- Prepare ingredients (mise en place) daily as required by the culinary team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience or a recent graduate from a reputable culinary school.
- A strong passion for Chinese cuisine and a desire to build a culinary career.
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- A positive attitude and a good team player.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a luxury hotel environment.
