Position: Commis – Li Lian

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie with all aspects of food preparation for the Li Lian kitchen.
• Learn and execute recipes with precision and consistency.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the assigned station.
• Follow all food safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Prepare ingredients (mise en place) daily as required by the culinary team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience or a recent graduate from a reputable culinary school.
• A strong passion for Chinese cuisine and a desire to build a culinary career.
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• A positive attitude and a good team player.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a luxury hotel environment.
