Position: Division Head Safety & Security

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Proven leadership communication and interpersonal skill
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same position
• Position placement in Bali
• Security Operational Management
• Fire and Safety Procedure
• Crisis Management
• Garda Utama Certified
• Strong Leadership Skill

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the property’s safety and security operations, including for medical and wellness facilities.
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security protocols, crisis management plans, and emergency response procedures.
• Ensure strict compliance with all fire, safety, and KEK regulations, maintaining the highest standards of protection.
• Oversee the entire security team, providing strategic leadership, advanced training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Conduct regular, in-depth risk assessments and security audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities across the integrated resort.
