Position: Division Head Safety & Security
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Proven leadership communication and interpersonal skill
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same position
- Position placement in Bali
- Security Operational Management
- Fire and Safety Procedure
- Crisis Management
- Garda Utama Certified
- Strong Leadership Skill
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the property’s safety and security operations, including for medical and wellness facilities.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security protocols, crisis management plans, and emergency response procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with all fire, safety, and KEK regulations, maintaining the highest standards of protection.
- Oversee the entire security team, providing strategic leadership, advanced training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Conduct regular, in-depth risk assessments and security audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities across the integrated resort.
