Position: Director of Sales
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
- Positive attitude and good communication.
- Team spirit and service minded.
- Proven leadership experience in managing hotel sales teams and strategies.
- Strong understanding of the Yogyakarta and Central Java market, including corporate and government segments.
- Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
