Position: Spa Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the resort’s spa facilities.
  • Develop and implement innovative spa menus, treatments, and wellness programs.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Control budgets, manage inventory, and optimize spa revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience required; resort experience preferred.
  • Seeking an independent, forward-thinking, and creative team player.
  • In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and operational management.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing a profit center.
  • Excellent leadership, training, and guest relations skills.
  • Relevant certifications in spa therapy or hospitality management are highly desirable.
  • Must be passionate about wellness and delivering serene guest experiences in a resort setting.
