Position: Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the engineering staff.
- Assist the Senior Supervisor in planning and executing maintenance projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of villa facilities, pools, and equipment.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Manage team schedules and ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years have experience in the construction sector for Supervisor Position.
- Proven familiarity with and commitment to supporting smooth operational workflow of luxury accommodations.
- Strong hands-on technical skills in MEP and civil maintenance.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to join immediately.
