Position: Engineering Senior Staff
Responsibilities:
- Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Handle specialized maintenance tasks, such as AC, water pump, and generator sets.
- Assist supervisors in training junior staff on technical procedures.
- Conduct preventative maintenance as per the established schedule.
- Maintain accurate logs of all repairs and maintenance work.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years have experience in the same position as Senior Staff.
- Proven familiarity with and commitment to supporting smooth operational workflow of luxury accommodations.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to join immediately.
