We are seeking meticulous professionals to lead our Housekeeping team and service-oriented individuals for our F&B team. Position: Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all operations of the Housekeeping department, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet brand standards.
- Lead and mentor the housekeeping team, managing scheduling, inventory, and budget control.
- Implement rigorous cleanliness and hygiene protocols throughout the resort.
- Ensure the maintenance and aesthetic presentation of all guest rooms.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a 4- or 5-star resort.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control departmental costs.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Fluent in English.
