Sahati Hotel Jakarta is a 3-star hotel strategically located in South Jakarta, near the popular Ragunan Zoo and the bustling TB Simatupang business area. Our hotel features 31 comfortable rooms and 4 modern meeting rooms. We are currently offering fantastic hotel jobs in Jakarta for highly motivated candidates.

Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and culinary team.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including Chef de Partie and Commis.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage food costing, inventory control, and procurement.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene (HACCP) and food safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (hotel / restaurant) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Communicative, team work, adaptability and professionalism.
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience in a similar culinary role.
- Excellent knowledge of menu development, costing, and kitchen management.
