Position: Duty Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Duty Engineer, overseeing all engineering operations and maintenance during the shift.
  • Respond immediately to all engineering emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to guest services and safety.
  • Conduct routine checks and maintenance of key building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Supervise technicians and ensure the smooth execution of maintenance requests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Duty Engineer or Engineering Supervisor in a luxury hotel.
  • Strong technical knowledge across various building disciplines (electrical, mechanical, civil).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Relevant D3/S1 degree in Engineering.
  • Fluent in English.
