Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Manager on Duty, overseeing all hotel operations and guest relations during the shift.
- Handle guest complaints, emergencies, and ensure seamless coordination between all operational departments.
- Ensure the smooth running of the Front Office and lobby area, maintaining high service standards.
- Conduct shift briefings and prepare detailed handover reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in an upscale hotel.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Fluent in English.
