Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Min. 2 years experience in the same position (Sous Chef) or 4+ years as Chef de Partie.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Team player with good personality.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
- Proven leadership and kitchen management abilities.
- Experience with menu planning, food costing, and inventory control.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
