Position: Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Min. 2 years experience in the same position (Sous Chef) or 4+ years as Chef de Partie.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Team player with good personality.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
  • Proven leadership and kitchen management abilities.
  • Experience with menu planning, food costing, and inventory control.
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
