Position: Banquet Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operational execution of all banquets, meetings, and events.
- Lead and supervise the Banquet Service team, ensuring seamless setup, service, and breakdown of functions.
- Liaise closely with the Sales and Culinary teams to ensure client specifications are met.
- Manage inventory of banquet equipment and ensure high service standards are maintained.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Banquet Operations Manager or Assistant Banquet Manager in a large conference hotel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banquet setup logistics and service protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to perform well under pressure during events.
- Fluent in English.
