Position: Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and developing a service team.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, fine dining service standards, and beverage programs.
- Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and restaurant P&L.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
