Position: F&B Associate
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and make recommendations.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring high standards of service.
- Prepare tables, maintain cleanliness of the outlet, and manage bill settlements.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an F&B Associate, Waiter, or in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- A positive, guest-focused attitude and a passion for service.
- Proficiency with POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
