Position: Purchaser
Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and procure high quality goods and services for all hotel departments.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and market trends.
- Work closely with the Finance department to manage budgets and control purchasing costs.
- Ensure all receiving and storage procedures meet hotel and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and networking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with purchasing software and financial systems.
- Knowledge of the local market and supplier base in Labuan Bajo or Eastern Indonesia is a plus.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
