Position: Asst. Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations.
- Lead the service team during shifts, ensuring service standards are met and guest satisfaction is exceeded.
- Train, mentor, and motivate F&B service staff.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
- Drive promotions and upselling to maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an F&B supervisory role (e.g., F&B Supervisor, Head Waiter) in a 5-star resort.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining service, wine, and beverage operations.
- Fluent in English.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficient with POS systems and F&B management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
