Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Experienced in 4 or 5-star hotels.
- Experienced working in the same position (Restaurant Supervisor) for a minimum of 1 year.
- Fluent in English.
- Great interpersonal & communication skill, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Highly committed, responsible & able to lead a team.
- Good attention to detail and service standards.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, POS systems, and service procedures.
- Able to train and motivate junior staff.
- Able to join immediately.
