Position: Waiter
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional and personalized dining service to all resort guests.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage items.
- Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with 5-star service standards.
- Prepare tables, ensure cleanliness of the dining area, and manage side stations.
- Handle billing and payment transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in F&B Service, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
- Attentive to detail and dedicated to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
*Fluent in English.
