Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s signature restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional 5-star dining experiences.
  • Oversee guest relations, handle feedback, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage restaurant budgets, control costs (labor, beverage), and optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu engineering and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with all hygiene and service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Pre-opening experience is a significant advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and upscale service.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Proficient in POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
