Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel’s signature restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional 5-star dining experiences.
- Oversee guest relations, handle feedback, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage restaurant budgets, control costs (labor, beverage), and optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu engineering and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Pre-opening experience is a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and upscale service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Proficient in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
