Position: Director of F&B / FBM
Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage all F&B outlets in the Anyer resort.
- Achieve revenue and cost control targets for F&B operations.
- Oversee service standards and guest experience across all venues.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B concepts.
- Lead and train the F&B Service team.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as F&B Director in a luxury hotel in Indonesia.
- Expertise in F&B cost control and revenue generation.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends in the Anyer market.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to manage a large, diverse team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
