Position: Host/Hostess
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout service.
- Assist the service team with basic tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or Guest Relations is preferred.
- Exceptional grooming standards and professional presentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused personality.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
