Position: Host/Hostess
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the F&B outlets.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring smooth flow.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus, offering water service.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout the resort.
- Communicate wait times accurately to guests and manage the waiting list.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or Guest Relations is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional grooming standards and professional resort presentation.
- Strong interpersonal and polite communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for communicating with diverse guests.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and highly customer-focused personality.
- Proven track record in managing seating in a high-volume restaurant.
