Position: Bar Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and profitability of all resort bars.
- Develop and maintain an innovative beverage program, including cocktails.
- Manage bar inventory, stock control, and ordering efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws and regulations in Banten.
- Train, mentor, and schedule the bar team for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and local trends.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage budgets and costs.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is highly valued.
- Creativity in developing unique beverage offerings for the Anyer market.
