Position: Restaurant & Pool Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage service and operations for both the restaurant and pool area.
- Ensure compliance with Banten’s health and safety regulations.
- Develop marketing strategies for the pool and restaurant specials.
- Oversee staffing and scheduling for all outlets.
- Maintain a positive guest experience in all areas.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing F&B service, particularly in a resort or pool area.
- Strong focus on hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency in Anyer.
- Excellent leadership skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven cost control and budgeting skills.
- Min. 2 years experience in a similar role in Banten.
