Position: Visual Jockey Leader & AV
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute visual and audio elements for events and venues.
- Operate VJ equipment, sound boards, and lighting consoles.
- Maintain and troubleshoot all AV equipment efficiently.
- Coordinate with the events team and clients on technical requirements.
- Ensure all entertainment technology is seamlessly integrated into service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a VJ or AV Technician in hospitality or event management.
- Strong technical knowledge of visual displays, projectors, and sound systems.
- Ability to be creative and responsive to dynamic event needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for quick technical fixes.
- Good communication skills to liaise with external vendors and clients.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including late nights in Anyer.
