Position: Store Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operation of the main stores (dry, cold, chemical) and manage inventory flow.
- Ensure all receiving and issuing procedures are strictly followed and documented.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and security of all storage areas.
- Conduct routine stock takes and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Lead and train the store attendant and receiving team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Store Supervisor or senior Store Clerk in a hotel.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and FIFO/LIFO methods.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in stock arrangement.
- Ability to work closely with Cost Control and F&B Production teams.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and chemical storage regulations.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a small team efficiently.
- Willingness to support the high-volume inventory needs of the Anyer resort.
