Position: Receiving Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all incoming deliveries, verifying quantity and quality against purchase orders.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all received goods and their immediate transfer to the appropriate storage areas.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with vendors and internal departments.
- Handle discrepancies and coordinate returns or adjustments with the Procurement team.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the receiving bay.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Receiving Coordinator or Clerk in a hotel or large commercial receiving area.
- Meticulous attention to detail in checking invoices, quantity, and quality.
- Strong organizational and physical stamina for managing daily deliveries.
- Ability to use inventory management software for recording purposes.
- Good communication skills to liaise with vendors and departmental users.
- Knowledge of food safety standards specific to receiving fresh produce.
- Willingness to be part of the crucial back-of-house operations in Banten.
