Position: Director of Conference & Banquet Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Conference & Banquet (C&B) Sales team to maximize revenue and achieve ambitious sales targets in the Bandung market.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for all C&B segments, including corporate meetings, social events, and weddings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and event organizers in the West Java region.
  • Oversee the negotiation and contract management process for large-scale events and conferences.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for the Director of Sales and General Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with the F&B and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in C&B Sales leadership, preferably as a Director or Assistant Director, within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the West Java area.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Thorough knowledge of C&B operations, market dynamics, and event technology.
  • Must be strategically minded, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented luxury hospitality setting in Bandung.
