Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and public areas meet five-star cleanliness standards.
- Supervise and train the Housekeeping team, ensuring adherence to all safety and quality protocols.
- Inspect all guest rooms and common areas, promptly addressing any deficiencies.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with the Front Office and Maintenance departments to ensure timely room availability.
- Handle guest complaints and requests regarding housekeeping service with professionalism and urgency.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for cleaning and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or a similar leadership role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star Seminyak resort or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional standards of service expected in a Bali luxury hotel.
