Position: Learning & Development Asst. Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Identify training needs across departments and develop tailored learning solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Support the HR team in employee engagement and development activities
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with brand standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in Learning & Development or HR within the hospitality industry
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for developing talent and fostering a learning culture
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
