Position: Resort Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Lead and inspire the resort team to deliver excellent service
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, owners, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Resort Manager or Hotel Manager in a 4/5-star property
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
- Ability to drive business performance and guest satisfaction
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
