Position: Hotel Assistant Manager / Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations during shifts and serve as the management representative
- Handle guest complaints and emergencies professionally
- Ensure seamless coordination between departments
- Monitor hotel safety and security protocols
- Provide support to the Front Office team
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Manager
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and guest relations abilities
- Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English
