Position: Banquet Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the banquet department to ensure successful events
- Coordinate with the sales and culinary teams to execute event requirements
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance supervision
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction during functions
- Monitor inventory and control operational costs
