Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant to achieve sales and service targets
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of food and service quality
- Train and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive revenue
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a hotel or upscale dining establishment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
