Position: Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a fine dining or luxury resort kitchen
- Strong culinary skills and creativity in menu development
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Leadership skills to train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Passion for high quality ingredients and presentation
- Good communication skills in English
