Position: Cluster Director Of Sales – EBC

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the operations of the Event Booking Center (EBC) for the cluster
  • Develop strategies to optimize event booking processes and conversion rates
  • Monitor EBC performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to align goals
  • Ensure high standards of customer service within the EBC team

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales leadership, specifically within an Event Booking Center or similar environment
  • Strong analytical and process management skills
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of hotel sales systems and CRM tools
  • Result-oriented with a focus on revenue growth
