Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant outlets to ensure high standards of service and profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction in the Samarinda market
- Lead, train, and mentor the F&B service team to deliver Accor’s signature guest experiences
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and operational budgets effectively
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and speed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 4-star hotel or high-volume dining establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
- Excellent understanding of F&B trends, cost control, and revenue management
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Guest-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
