We are seeking professionals to join our team in Jakarta, covering both our Head Office and Venue & Dining divisions. Position: General Affair Manager

  • Oversee general office operations and facility management.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments for operational support.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
  • Strong ability to motivate staff.
  • Excellent communicator and real team player.
  • Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
