Position: Jr. Sous Chef
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and food production.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen.
- Help with menu planning and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
