Position: Therapist
- Perform a variety of massage and body treatments for guests.
- Consult with guests to determine their needs and preferences.
- Maintain treatment rooms in a clean and orderly condition.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction with every treatment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Certified spa therapist.
- Excellent guest experience skills.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
- Strong ability to work in a team.
