Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager in a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to handle guest issues and emergencies with composure
- Proficiency in PMS and hotel operations
- Guest-focused with a keen eye for detail
- Flexible to work various shifts
