Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise room attendants and public area cleaners.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints regarding housekeeping.
- Manage staff schedules and task assignments.
- Report maintenance issues to the engineering department.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel or resort.
- Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Strong supervisory and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
