Position: Senior Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage key corporate accounts and high-value clients.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff.
- Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts.
- Represent the resort at trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in sales management within luxury hospitality.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent network in the industry.
- Superior communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin.
