Position: Purchasing Manager/Asst
Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process for all hotel departments.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience in purchasing or procurement within a hotel environment.

- Knowledge of local suppliers and market prices.
