Position: Cost Control
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control food, beverage, and general expenses.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and spot checks.
- Analyze cost reports and identify areas for cost saving.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and receiving records.
- Work closely with the F&B and Purchasing teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience in cost control or accounting in a hotel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Disciplined and responsible.
