Position: Chef de Partie – Ah Yat Abalone
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes for Ah Yat Abalone restaurant.
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen station.
- Assist in monitoring stock and minimizing wastage.
- Collaborate with the culinary team for menu improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience as Chef de Partie, specifically in Chinese cuisine or specialty restaurants.
- Passion for culinary arts and creativity.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
