Position: Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Answer calls and manage guest inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver excellent service with a rock-and-roll attitude.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a receptionist in a hotel.
- Great personality and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work shifts.
- Customer service oriented.
