Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably in a Japanese restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, dining etiquette, and service standards
- Proven excellence in customer service and guest satisfaction
- Fluent in English and proficiency in Japanese language is a strong advantage
- Committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Well-groomed with a professional and positive attitude
- Ability to lead and mentor a diverse service team
- In-depth understanding of upscale restaurant operations
