Supervisor – Morimoto

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably in a Japanese restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, dining etiquette, and service standards
  • Proven excellence in customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in Japanese language is a strong advantage
  • Committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Well-groomed with a professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to lead and mentor a diverse service team
  • In-depth understanding of upscale restaurant operations
